F or our customer we are looking for a Senior WebSphere Integration Architect, who will be responsible for the Integration Centre Architecture at the customer.
Job description:
The department is responsible for the strategic planning, development and maintenance of IT solutions with the customer's internal processes, Personnel, Partners & Retailers as end users.
Within the Integration Centre architecture area, the department support all integrations that are used at this customer, both Business to Business as well as internal Application to Application integrations. Our goal is to take into account the company's business drivers and participate in the realization of how IT technology can supportthe company going forward.
The Integration Architect is an expert on our solutions and how we build integration.
He/she will be the highly involved in responsibilities that include:
- Reviewing and participating as required in modifications & projects from an Architecture standpoint
- Reviewing RCA's and taking action accordingly
- Initiating projects & modifications with Business Relation Management to improve reliability, security, flexibility, performance scalability and availability
- Proposing solutions to optimize overall Sony Mobile costs, including application consolidation, re-use etc.
- Providing technical advice and guidance to Solution Managers
- Creating and maintaining roadmap for solution
- Interacting with solution vendors in order to maintain technical roadmap
- Keeping abreast of new technology and market trends
- Providing guidance and advice about integration capabilities to maintain strategic and consistent approach
Competences and experience required:
- Bachelors degree in for example Computer Science
- Minimum of five years integration architecture related experience
- Knowledge and experience in some of the Integration Tools that the cusomter uses:

- Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Fluency in both verbal and written English
To be the perfect candidate you also need good communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills. You need to understand strategies, capabilities and processes and you have a detail orientation but also the ability to see the big picture.
