Description
Anteo Group has an immediate need for a Change Management Consultant in Raleigh, NC. As a Change Management Consultant you will play an integral part in a large corporate wide initiative. This will be a contract opportunity to start with and the intent is go permanent in the next 8 - 12 months. Interviews are looking to start as soon as possible. This position will be based on the customer site in Raleigh and local candidates are strongly preferred.

Change Management Methodology, Consulting, Training, Communications, Ability to Travel;
Preferred Skills -
HRMS Outsourcing Implementation Experience; Required Application Tools Experience; Required Functional Product Knowledge - HR, Payroll, Benefits, Call Center, Self Service adoption experience preferred; Special Requirements (certifications) - SPHR, CPP, PMP Preferred
