Title: Sr. Business Process Analyst
Type: Contract - 6months +
Location: Washington, D.C.
Scope Summary and Objectives
Supports the end-to-end implementation and consumer tools initiatives including enhancements
- Responsible for facilitating the development of requirements, reviewing functional and technical specifications
- Work and coordinate with technical partners, business operations, project management office and others to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Facilitates and ensures a shared understanding of business processes by business community
- Works with business owners to understand processes and associated business applications; identify root causes, systematic deficiencies, and improvement opportunities; develops and reviews business requirements, use cases, User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and testing outcomes
- Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures
Skills Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other business discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of health care experience
- A strong understanding of web-based tools and E-business environments
