SAP HR Service Desk Customer Contact - PA/PY/OM
Location - Dublin, Ireland
Salary - 35,000 per Annum, fixed contract 12 - 18 months
SAP Module - SAP PA/SAP PY/SAP OM
Job Title - SAP HR Service Desk Customer Contact
Role:
Dealing with Service Desk calls relating to process or payroll queries, dealing with requests from customers, processing customer transactions, whilst delivering quality customer service.
Experience:
Ideally you will have relevant educational and professional qualifications, ie Bachelors in HR Management (or related discipline) and/or SAP Certified in HR.
To apply for this role, you will need technical skills in terms of working knowledge of general HR policy and procedures, SAP R3 Release HR suite, PY, PA, OM. You should also have experience of working in a call centre.
Salary:
Initial indications have shown that the salary is around 35,000 per annum.
