My client, a leading Financial Services company based in Edinburgh, is currently seeking a Financial Governance Manager to work across two large programmes.
Role Objectives:
- Submit Business Case for Financial Evaluation; liaise closely with Project Finance and Programmes to ensure clarity on the timescales for Business Cases.
- Ensuring correct processes are followed to secure financial sign-off.
- QA monitoring and support of Business Case submissions and escalation to appropriate Group forums. - Communication of funding outcomes to wider audience, providing guidance on actions required to secure final approval/sanction.
- Liaise with the different business areas on the submission of Business Cases.
- Provide MI in relation to Business Case submissions; actual vs plans; be proactive in working with workstreams to understand pipeline.
