A global Retail Bank is looking for a Credit Risk Senior Business Analyst. The Senior Business Analyst will act as Project Manager and will need to demonstrate proper, genuine, Hybrid Business Analysis and Project Manager experience. The Credit Risk BA/PM will join a major Retail Banking change programme, initially tasked with looking at Business processes and the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Mortgages.
Required Experience
*A deep understanding of Credit Risk for retail products, with a focus on Mortgages is essential.
*Advanced Business Analysis experience, across business process design, business process re-engineering, As-Is and To-Be and Gap analysis.
*Project Delivery/Management experience - assisting with the project plan, and project documentation etc
*Strong communicator - will need to be confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and business partners
This is a Retail Baking role and Retail Banking experience/Credit Risk is a Must Have.
