My client is a leading Retail Bank looking for a Change Manager to work on a high profile group wide strategic priority which will have a significant impact upon controls, processes and systems.
The Change Programme Lead will be driving the Finance Business Service delivery of the high profile finance project. The project will be delivering the divestments of a number of branches as a part of a multi year plan agreed with the EU.
This role will be reporting to the Finance Business Services Head of Change. The role responsibilities will include:
- Overall engagement between the finance project and the Finance Business Services.
- Responsibility for a project governance, including project and resource planning, risk and issure management, finance business services communications, finance business services governance forum and weekly progress reports to the programme and leadership team.
- Line Management and direction to other Finance Business Services Project Managers supporting the project.
The candidate must have a proven leadership history and experience of Change Management.
The candidate must also have strong stakeholder management experience along with robust governance skills (planning, control, risk, issue management etc).
An accounting qualification is of advantage
Change management qualification is of advantage
