Come and join a large reputable global IT Outsourcer that has over 3000 staff throughout Australia and New Zealand. They are known as the supplier of choice for leading corporate and government organisations based in this region and offer lots of career opportunities to their staff! This expanding international organisation is currently seeking a change lead manager to design and create a change management strategy and work effectively with key stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include to: 

  • Conduct a Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Analysis
  • Design a Change Management Strategy based on the above analyses and in line with the BAT Global Change Framework
  • Present the Change Management Strategy for approval to the IT Portfolio Manager, Project Manager and the Project Board
  • Execute the approved Change Management Strategy, developing and delivering Communications and Training as and where required
  • Work with IT Portfolio Change Manager to engage with Business Change Champion Community as and when required
  • Collate and respond to feedback from the Business Change Champion Community

To be successful in obtaining this position you will have previous experience in the following; 

  • Experience of managing large scale change projects, involving multiple stakeholders and multiple sites
  • Experience of managing cultural differences and nuances
  • Communication management experience (including plan development, stakeholder engagement, execution and evaluation) within large scale, complex, Matrix projects and programmes
  • Demonstrated experience of driving complex organisational change initiatives and influencing business managers
  • Change management & training plan definition for IT system implementation
  • Experience of developing and maintaining a virtual team of Change Agents
  • Experience of using a Change Methodology to develop an integrated change plan

Skills & Knowledge: 

  • Ability and credibility to work with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to engage across the organisation regardless of culture, function, and good understanding of how to fit diverse functional teams together
  • Excellent communication skills and experience - both written and verbal
  • Ability to identify potential people related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develops specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Ability to drive forward implementation in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to manage and orchestrate many different resources and activities, with competing priorities in terms of urgency and importance
  • Ability to develop change management capability
