We require an On Line Progamme Manager (TV) for a 6-12 month role based in Dublin. Job Purpose
The Online Programme Manager for TV will define and deliver an online channel that champions the proposition(s) and facilitates a simple and engaging user experience throughout all stages of the customer life cycle (Discover, Buy, Consume, Change and Serve).
The role will represent the online channel throughout the project, championing its usage, liaising with all stakeholders and ensuring the final offering reflects the overall CSB net-centric ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Structure, resource and manage the Online work stream to deliver the optimal programme output
- Defines online requirements that will deliver optimum user experience incorporating inputs from broader TV programme team, marcomms, brand and Group Technology. Requirements must also reflect user insight and relevant benchmarking
- Ensure all online requirements are delivered on time, to the agreed spec and in budget
- Ensure that senior business stakeholders are engaged and fully briefed on the Online program objectives and progress
- Work closely with the Front End delivery area to ensure business requirements are delivered through user-centric design process (using personas, info architecture, wireframes, use casing and usability testing) to produce the optimum online customer experience.
- Manage all key delivery stakeholder relationships including Group Technology and 3rd party vendors
- Manage and lead any Online related tendering process from RFI through to vendor selection and delivery management.
- Establish appropriate governance structure and communications/reporting processes to ensure full visibility of the online programme and its performance.
- Manage virtual working and project teams to ensure that project milestones and objectives are always achieved.
