Description
The SAP Payroll Consultant will be responsible for the successful RE-IMPLEMENTATION of Payroll solution leveraging the integration between various SAP modules. The consultant will perform hands-on PY, TM & PA design and configuration (reports, forms, views, user interfaces etc).
Other responsibilities will include:
- Designing a Data Migration Strategy for transforming existing Master Data from current structure to the desired structure
- Delivery of Program/Project solutions/Request for Change
- Functional Team and Business User Coordination
- Responsible for quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution
- Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans
- Develops documentation and training supporting system or processes changes
- Ensure user acceptance of the payroll solution
Required Skills:
- Experience with ECC 6.0 EHP5
- Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll processes
- Must be well versed in the full gross to net payroll calculation configuration as well as schemas and rules, posting to accounting, KSA localizations (GOSI, EOSB, etc.), and Off-cycles
- Demonstrates configuration mastery of the different areas of payroll including but not limited to basic pay, wage types, deductions and allowances
- Thorough Knowledge of SAP Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Time Management, Time Evaluation, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management
- Working knowledge of SAP Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll master data in order to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules
- Overall SAP Payroll experience of around 4-6 years
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of KSA Payroll solutions
- Experience with 3 full SAP ECC 6.0 project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity
- Expert level Excel and data analysis skills
