Description
SAP FI, CO Trainer:
As part of project team supporting the implementation of a SAP solution the role holder will be responsible for a preparing and delivering a number of training courses to to end users, covering the use of SAP FI, CO and SD functionality.
These courses are currently defined as;
FI/CO
1.Profit Centre Accounting/Overhead Cost Accounting
2 Product Costing
3 Profitability Analysis
4 Month end close
5 Material Ledger
6 General Ledger
7 Accounts Receivable (incl Pricing & Billing)
Service Delivery
1 Sales Order Processing
2 Returns
3 Consignment Order Processing
The contractor is responsible for finalizing the requirements for training delivery through producing and getting agreement to;
- A statement of current SAP capability for affected staff with identified any areas of shortfall
- An up to date profile for each course that specifies;
o the learning objectives and the activities that staff will be able to perform as a result of the training
o Attendance
o Duration
The Contractor is responsible for creation of the User Guides for agreed processes, currently;
o Profit Centre Accounting
o Overhead Cost Accounting
o Product Costing
These will be produced in accordance with the agreed format for the customers User Guides and will be approved by the Business Lead.
The Contractor is also responsible for creation of the Training Delivery Materials for each course as listed above which will be validated with business representatives before delivery.
All applicants must have excellent communication skills and MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.
The customer WILL NOT consider candidate(s) who DO NOT possess a relevant passport that allows them to immediately travel to the project location. Candidates who require visas, work permits or sponsorship need not apply.
