Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Methodology Project Consultant for their financial services client who they work with on a first tier supplier basis.
As the Methodology consultant you will be responsible for implementing corporate and local methodologies into the business covering Retail, Global, Risk etc. You will also have responsibility for managing major projects eg implementations, as well as being involved in the embedding of the methodologies and support of the business' UK teams.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and support of methodologies
- Management of LDIR and roll out of future enhancements
- Training of local teams on various aspects of methodology etc
Skills Required:
- Self motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Confident, enthusiastic and hard working.
- Excellent PC skills - specifically Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisation and analysis skills.
- Good technical skills - understanding of technologies and methodologies
- Excellent PM skills and ability to present to senior bodies and champion implementation of methodologies to their conclusion
Knowledge Required
- Good understanding and appreciation of methodologies in use
- Ability to train others in methodologies' use
- Passionate about methodology and process
