Senior Packaging Engineer - French or Dutch - Windows, LAN, App-V

Our client is looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to create application packages for both fat clients (workstations and laptops) in MSI format and App-V format.
Provide project support by converting existing packaged applications into App-V
Work with application owners and project managers on a global level to collect application configuration requirements
Keep documentation and requirements, related to packaging or sequencing, up-to-date or create if not available
Support testing procedures
Maintain controlled installation of new applications
Controlled acceptation of changes and fixes
Support Service desk to troubleshoot issues related to applications in production and resolve incidents and search for solutions for problems as 2nd/3rd level support according agreed service levels
Maintain the packaging CMDB and keep it updated
Ensure best practices are met for application packaging and application sequencing
Achieving and maintaining standardization and transparency in new and existing procedures and processes
Prepare application deployment via SCCM and LAN desk
Follow-up of administration
Adjusting going concern in a standardized and transparent way of working, and according to the guidelines given by the customer

Responsibilities:
PRG: a purchased package to support ICT service management processes: HP Service Centre
Your task: Managing and resolving open incidents, changes and problems
DSM: an in-house built management tool for incoming package requests, managing packaging workflows and maintaining the software catalogue for our client's software
LND: a purchased package for corporate-wide software distribution (mainly Windows2000 and Windows XP clients): LAN desk
Your task: Managing and maintaining software distribution packages and scripts, troubleshooting client-related issues concerning software installations and supporting large scale software distributions
SCM: a purchased tool which offers a single integrated solution for the management of all Windows 7 clients within our organisation: Microsoft System Center Configuration Management 2007
Your task: managing software packages, programs, collections and advertisements for installing and uninstalling software towards clients on a Windows 7 platform.

Technical context
- OS: Good technical knowledge of Windows 2000, XP and Windows 7
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience of application packaging:
Extended knowledge of packaging applications in MSI-format with advanced features
Good to extended knowledge of Application Virtualization with App-V
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group policies and security settings
- LAN-technology
- VB Scripting
- Basic knowledge of VB.NET, Powershell and SQL is a plus
- Packages:
SCCM 2007 (application configuration deployment and task sequencing)
LAN desk 8.7 SP6
Knowledge of Hp ServiceCenter is a plus
Extended knowledge of Flexera Adminstudio Installshield 2010 and ORCA
Extended knowledge of application virtualization: App-V 4.6

Business context a. Education:
