Description
Our client is looking for a Financial Management Accountant for their site based in Bristol or Swansea.
In the role of Management Accountant you will be dealing with the business and offering support to the business.
As the Management Accountant your assignment will be to provide auditable financial data on the "as is" and "to be" IT landscapes through cost modelling and to identify, value and track financial benefits in the programme.
The essential skills required are:
* Experience of medium to large finance function - turnover £100m+
* Experience of providing financial planning support to a large and strategic programme
* Able to build advanced excel spreadsheets and macros competently.
* Experience of high volume data manipulation.
* Experience of variance analysis and board reporting
The desirable skills are:
* Experience of Oracle financial system or similar.
* Knowledge of Activity Based Costing
* Knowledge of Investment appraisal including treasury guidance
* Knowledge of fixed asset accounting
* Knowledge of risk management
