IT Change Management Consultant-Charlotte, NC -11 months
This position is needed to integrate IT processes, procedures and tools for Program and Project Mgmt, Project Controls, Solution Delivery Lifecycle, Resource Mgmt and Testing.
Responsibilities:
Must be involved in.organizational change* that will shift resources and functions from various silo groups to one centralized organization causing significant cultural and process impacts:
MUST HAVE:
Great communication, training, and Stakeholder buy-in from both inside and outside of the IT Organization
Identification of key stakeholders
Documentation of key changes and impacts
Estimation of the detailed change management scope of work
Identification of training requirements
Estimation of training scope
Development of appropriate stakeholder communication as project details are defined
Development of training schedule
Requirements: -extensive change management experience -experience establishing new PMO's -NO BANK CM's -exp with organizational change. TRAVEL 10% ANNUALLY.
