Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for experienced SAP Roll-Out Consultants in the following areas: SAP FI/CO, SD, MM/WM & ABAP Developers.
The SAP Roll-Out Consultants must have experience working in either Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare or Life Sciences industry and should have working experience in FDA (Food & Drugs Administration) regulated IT environments.
General requirements for all Consultants (SAP Roll-Out Consultants)
- At least 7+ years of experience in the respective area of SAP consulting with strong hands-on and business consulting skills
- Strong business knowledge and up-to date SAP knowledge (based on SAP ERP ECC6.0 EHP5 or higher) from the respective area
- Technical skills in the area of program debugging and working with developers on technical specifications for programming requirements (forms and report developments)
- 6+ full implementation cycles of SAP projects covering all phases of project including post project phase support
- Roll-Out experience based on corporate best practice implementation approach
- Working experience from different regions APAC, EMEA and NA with strong international and multi-cultural background
- Continuous training for SAP functional knowledge in respective area
- Strong business knowledge from either Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare or Life Sciences environment (knowledge about diagnostic business is an advantage)
- Experience in corporate best practice definition and conceptual design of best practice solutions in SAP ERP
- Data migration and cut-over planning as well as project management skills
- Business process mapping, gap analysis and system design and configuration in best practice based roll-out projects
- Unit, integration and user acceptance testing including preparation of test plan and test scripts
- Conduct user training
- Hands-on experience with SAP best practice solutions including implementation based in Business Configuration Sets (BC-Sets)
- Working experience in FDA regulated IT environments
- Excellent presentation skills to key users as well as to middle management (eg Logistic Manager, Finance Manager, Service Manager)
