Penta Consulting URGENTLY requires a IT Operations and Planning Manager for a high profile role working for the worlds leading vendor.
Our client is seeking an individual with a strong background managing teams. The ideal candidates would have an excellent knowledge of their domain area and have plenty of experience resolving complex issues.
Experience:
- Ericsson Charging (including SDP, MINSAT, CCN, VS & ERS) and Value Added Service nodes (including SMSC, MSS, EMM, EMA, RBT, Packet Core etc.)
- In depth knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), BSS, OSS and ESS domains and applications in addition to Telco and IT related interfaces eg CoBiT.
- Planning, Design and Capacity Management
- Change Control and Configuration Management
- ITIL and e-TOM knowledge
- Prince 2 or PMP certified.
- Communications and Reporting
- Ericsson Delivery blueprints for Managed Services
