French Speaking automotive Consultant Newcastle £competitive£ + training
A multimillion pound global outsourcing firm are supporting a worldwide dealership on all automotive technical issues and queries. This contract is currently going through exciting growth as all European dealerships are centralizing to a fully furnished office in Newcastle upon Tyne. There is a requirement for French speaking Automotive Technical Consultants to join this team as the staff doubles in size over the next 12 months.
Over the past decade there has been huge success in the level of support given to this reputable and well recognised car manufacturing brand. All automotive issues are escalated to worldwide professionals based in a luxurious office in Newcastle upon Tyne. This global HQ houses a team of multicultural individuals who are trained every year on the latest automotive products to keep their knowledge above anyone in this industry.
You will be responsible for working with apprentices, mechanics, technicians and dealership managers on all automotive problems. From the UK you will consult on the most effective way to solve problems and ensure the level of support to customers is kept to an already exceptional level.
This role is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of an already existing technical/automotive background and learn new skills including IT, management and consulting
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have:
* At least 18 months automotive experience eg a Mechanic/Automotive Technician (experience in Diagnostics is beneficial)
* English and French speaking - close to fluent ideal
As you will be responsive for the French dealerships, and understanding of the technical terms in this language is essential. Your role will be mainly supporting all members of an automotive dealer, and you will also ensure you promote a professional attitude as you develop a working relationship with clients in your selected country.
In the long term, my client is looking for people to step up to senior levels within the business. As all countries start centralizing to the North East of England there will be upcoming opportunities for promotion within the business.
