This role is responsible for Enterprise Content Management within the company utilises the Microsoft SharePoint 2007 platform. The role is responsible for setting the standards, management practices and governance of enterprise content and designing appropriate business solutions using MOSS 2007.

Responsibilities
Taking ECM business requirements and advising on and creating the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and approach for SharePoint based solutions. Working closely with the Business Solutions team in designing new ECM solutions and to ensure compliance with the architecture and standards. Providing consultative, architectural and technical support to ICT support teams and business projects. Working independently with users and management to expand the use of SharePoint to address business issues. Ensuring adherence to SharePoint governance model and that standards are set, documented and adhered to. Participating on and advising the companies Strategy Group. Contributing and providing advice to a virtual SharePoint team consisting of SharePoint application administrators, developers and support staff. Supporting the migration to SharePoint 2010 when required.

Qualifications and Experience
Extensive in-depth knowledge and understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server . Knowledge must include architectural design, web parts development, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting large enterprise SharePoint implementations. Extensive experience in ECM, knowledge and information management. In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management. SharePoint experience must include SharePoint Designer workflows, effective use of the data view web part (DVWP), content query web part, data form web part, navigation customization. Experience with SharePoint templates (site templates, list templates, master page customization) is required.

Proven planning and organisational skills, with an ability to plan, organise, schedule and prioritise work/tasks to ensure they are completed on time and to specification.
