Senior Engineer, Networking & Security - French or Dutch
Description:
Incident, Change, Problem& configuration management (see devices/technologies hereunder)
2nd & 3rd line support in the frame of incident management on the technologies described hereunder
Maintain, install upgrades, configure and fine-tune LAN network operating system software and hardware.
Provide the required support, testing and validation upon implementation of changes to the infrastructure
Configuration changes on the devices described hereunder
Support of Real Time monitoring/alerting at the OS and hardware level for the network services on a 7 x 24 hour basis
Monitoring of the customer network
Communication/reporting towards higher management
Documentation
Validate and update as may be required the system software and software patches levels are in compliance with the Supplier and/or 3rd party
Arrange fixes for hardware and operating system incidents via third party support agreements in compliance with the existing 3rd party support contracts
