Our client is looking for a Entry/Mid Level Web Programmer in Richmond, VA. This will be a contract to hire opportunity. The client is looking for this person to start ASAP (they are already 2 weeks behind). They are looking for a high layer of Entry level or low end Mid Level Web Programmer (not a developer). They will do training but the candidate must have a good base. Heads down programming.
