Anteo Group has a need for an immediate UI Developer in Alpharetta. This is initially a 3 month contract. The UI Developer will be working on a large, companywide initiative.
Description
- Experience Range: 2-4 Years applicable experience (candidate may have more experience but at least this much in Java, UI Development for one or more of the following: JSP, JSTL, DHTML, AJAX)
- Working as part of the team to engineer, design, develop, test, and implement high volume, highly secure Internet application software.
- Dojo a huge plus
- Experience in Internet Explorer (through IE8,) Firefox (through 10?)
- Reviews architectural documents and/or specifications including business rules, edits, and UI specs for web applications with architects, analysts and SMEs.
- Designs and develops applications in accordance with specs.
- Meets engineering, design, and coding deliverable deadlines throughout project life cycle.
- Communicates with team leaders and managers on ongoing status, milestones, and success.
- Leverages direction set by architects/business analysts to ensure consistency across multiple applications.
- Able to research, recommend, and introduce new complex technologies consistent with business unit goals.
- Performs unit and systems testing of applications/solutions.
- Resolves all defects/issues assigned.
- Troubleshoots and supports solutions on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborates with Business Partners to ensure solutions are in sync with business strategies and priorities.
- Designs user interfaces in accordance with company standards as well as industry standards.
