We are delighted to be assisting our client with their current opportunity for a highly experienced Surveyor's
This is going to be a contract.
It is vital you have experience in the below;
*Delivery of capital works programmes
*Responsible for all areas of cyclical, planned and responsive maintenance
*Carrying out surveys, preparing specifications and tender processes for refurbishment or improvement of properties.
*supervising contracts of capital works
You will have ideally have worked in a local authority/housing association or have had exposure to the public sector
