Description
Duties:
- Full capability to deploy Global Trade Management (GTM) for new customer projects from start to finish
- Model business processes ( As Is analysis and To Be solution design)
- Process mapping and gap analysis
- System configuration, testing, migration, and support of all modules
- Project documentation
- Tailor methodologies and macro issues to client's needs
- Knowledge transfer and training
- Pre sales support activities such as GTM demos to support sales cycles
Knowledge:
- Successfully completed multiple GTM implementations
- Full GTM module range (Compliance Mgmt, Master Data Mgmt)
- As a stand alone GTM implementation with integration between GTM and ERP packages
- As part of Oracle EBS and/or SAP implementation or environment
- Demonstrated competencies across GTM
- Functional Configurations (Jurisdictions, Classifications, Restricted Party Screening, Compliance Rules, Sanctions & Licenses etc)
- Integration with Oracle ITM Adapter
- Agent workflow and process automation
- User configuration
- KPI and Reports
- Transportation and logistics operations experience will be a big advantage
- Industry: LSP/3PL, CPG, Retail, Hi-tech, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, and Chemical
- Transportation modes: road, fleet, ocean, air, parcel and inter modal
- Oracle Transportation Management and Warehouse Management experience will be a bonus
Qualifications:
4 year LSP/3PL industry experience in customer facing or implementation role
Strong ability to manage key stakeholders and influence change with clients
Self starter and excellent problem solver
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Endless ability to be creative, reliable, and efficient under pressure
Proactive identification of risks and decision making to mitigate them
Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively
Strong organizational and analytical skills
