JOB DESCRIPTION
A Business Analyst is required to lead and shape a new target operating model to implement a cross-product service. The Business Analyst will be part of a strategic change the bank team and will also have the opportunity to take on project management responsibilities.
PERSON DESCRIPTION
A Business Analyst must be a true advocate for change with a passion for delivery projects across financial services. The requirements of the role will require experience of structured business analysis and collateral management, within an Investment Bank.
- Strong Business Analysis experience
- Experience managing small change projects
- Experience in Target Operating Model design
- Cross-product and collateral management domain knowledge essential
- Experience working in an Investment Bank CTB function
- Understanding of the clearing and wider regulatory space beneficial
