Sales Development Specialist
For our office in Barcelona, Spain, we are looking for Sales Development Specialists.
Key accountabilities
Company representation - You represent Fujitsu in a positive and professional manner
Lead generation - You contact businesses by phone and other social media in order to produce, grow and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads. You create customer needs and generate demand by explaining the products or services to potential customers. You generate customer interest and demand based on sales call guides or scripts, adapting well to the specifics of the customer and his/her needs.
Question handling and follow-up - You handle first customer questions. You answer phone calls from potential customers who are responding to lead-generating campaigns. You contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Information Management - You obtain contact details of potential customers such as phone details and relevant company information. You obtain relevant customer information by "deep diving" for decision making, influencing, budget and authority information. You record and register customer details and/or transaction details including reactions to the products or services offered. You report on lead tracking and sales/lead generation status
