Description
* Top Tier Retail bank is looking for a Complaints manager to effectively investigate and provide a full and final response on complaints received primarily regarding the potential MIS-sale of Pension, Protection, Investment and General Insurance products.
* The Jobholder is responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within the Bank's internal guidelines and that they do not compromise the Financial Services Authority (FSA) principle of Treating Customers Fairly.
Candidates MUST have
* An in depth knowledge of Financial Services Authority complaint handling regulations
* Regulated products and services.
* Full CeFA qualification or equivalent.
* The job holder is required to maintain standards in accordance with RSC's Accreditation Scheme.
