Job Title: Microwave MS expert

Dept/Division: Managed Services Department

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Technology or upper.

This managed service project requires candidates to have experience on ALU, Nera and NSN Transmission equipment and software

A. General Competencies

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Result oriented, excellent team player.
  • Open approach to solving problems and dealing with new proposals.
  • High degree of analytical and investigative abilities.
  • Be good at present the work output to team and customer.
  • Familiar with MS Project work flow.
  • Expertise in microwave troubleshooting for both indoor and outdoor related problems.
  • Familiar with different vendors, different brands of microwave product.
  • At lease have 5 years Microwave working experience, at least have 2 successful project experiences with a role as technical expert.

B. Work Scope

  • Collect and analyze information and performance from EMTS Microwave network.
  • Analyze the Microwave network diagram and give feasible advice based on current network.
  • Analyze the Microwave performance and equipment diagnostics information, figure out the possible latent issues, network bottle neck and give advice.
  • Analyze the equipment diagnostics information to resolve issues.
  • Output audit report and present to customer.
  • Ensure the network KPI and SLA.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out within scheduled time frame.
  • Give technique training to the FO/BO team of EOT.
