This Reputable IT Solutions Company is currently seeking to appoint an experienced IT Support Officer to join their Sydney office on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 -2 technical support to managed serviced clients via phone, email and face to face.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 1 - 4 year's proven experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting a Windows environment
  • Windows Server 2003 and/or 2008
  • Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, Windows 7
  • Ability in troubleshooting connectivity issues over a TCP/IP network
  • Active Directory Environment

The ability to work and team effectively with clients, management, and staff members in a multi-tiered, fast paced, international environment
