Oracle Financials Applications Development and Support
12 month contract, Co. Kerry, Ireland
Vantage Resources are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Applications Developer to work on a client site in Co. Kerry.
Role
- Development and application support for modules of the Oracle Financials System (Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Travel and Subsistence and the General Ledger)
- Further system development, enhancement and upgrade of Oracle Financials
- Creating/Modifying Oracle forms using Forms 6i, Reports 6i
- Creating/Modifying Oracle workflows using Workflow Builder
- Creating reports using Oracle Discoverer
- Creating/Modifying PL/SQL procedures within an 11g Oracle database
- Migrating developments between environments
Requirements
- Excellent experience in development and support in an Oracle Financials environment
- A minimum of 5 years recent experience in a similar role
- Strong overall knowledge of the core modules of the Oracle Financials 11i/12 is a requirement.
- Previous experience in the creation and follow up of Service Requests to resolve systems application issues
- UNIX/AIX skills desirable
