OVERVIEW:
- Skills: server admin (file shares, O/S, security, IIS and SQL, web Servers/services)
- Acts as the point of escalation and resolution for technical support
- Triages issues directly from monitoring systems, Internal Personnel and/or from Partners
- Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media
- May act as technical lead and provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers
- May provide limited consulting to internal or external customers
- May research technical documents and feature lists
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years work related experience
- Experience working with Windows Server , Hyper-V
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple project phases at the same time and manage ongoing operational issues with longer term strategic work
- Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts required
- Strong knowledge of personal computers, and technical proficiency in relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages
- Exceptional customer service, communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills
- Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level
- Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Associate's degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
