* PMO - CRM (Salesforce.com) deployment project - Paris, France.*
On behalf of one of our customers based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for a PMO consultant to join an international CRM implementation programme. This is an English speaking role only, a knowledge of French would be an advantage.
Please note that due to project commitments, applications from local candidates (commutable distance to Paris) will be considered first.
Below, you will find a description of what the role entails, and the skills needed by our customer for this assignment:
* Support the worldwide countries salesforce.com CRM deployment
* Integrate the Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Quality and Services processes in the
deployment strategy.
* Adapt the deployment methodology according the processes
* Weekly reporting on users deployment scope, training and tool adoption
* Strong cooperation required with all the teams within the program (central, regional and local)
* Leadership with a strong ability to drive
* Good communication skills (international context)
* Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a "virtual" mode
* Team spirit. Ability to work in teams. Animation of working groups.
* Execution minded
* Strong Project Management experience
* CRM project experience required
* International experience required
This assignment will start sometime between early May and mid-May. A telephone interview can be conducted next week, on Wednesday or Thursday, followed by a face to face interview.
