Title: Engineering/Technical Recruiter
Type: 4 months contract
Location: Alpharetta, GA
The Contract Recruiter will support the recruiting efforts of our clients' corporate hiring needs across the country. Recruiting efforts will be focused on primarily Engineering and Technical skill sets to include R&D, manufacturing, software development, data analysis, product development, electronics and communications equipment.
Responsibilities:
Strong sourcing ability through all avenues (social networks, job boards, internal ATS, corporate website, user groups etc.)
Excellent communication with all levels of organization
Understand the current market conditions and able to discuss with hiring managers
Full knowledge of social networking recruiting (ie LinkedIn, User Groups, etc.)
Ability to utilize Boolean search methodology in search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) to identify passive and active talent
Generate appropriate candidates for open requisitions
Review resumes and conduct screens of potential candidates
Use effective interview techniques (behavioral, technical assessments, etc.) to assess candidate qualifications as they relate to a specific job
Create an ongoing candidate pipeline by scheduling meetings with internal clients, reviewing applicant tracking systems and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates to align to targeted positions
Communication:
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and work with candidates from job posting to acceptance
Work with Hiring Managers to fully understand the business and determine key requirements
Ensure appropriate recruiting protocols are being followed throughout the process
Present qualified candidate with precise notes and justifications to hiring manager
Receive feedback from managers on candidates interviewed and utilize information to adjust search (if necessary)
