A major Retail organisation is seeking an exceptional interim Shared Service Transition Lead to own all aspects of change management and process transition activity for a large HR Shared Service initiative.
Your remit will be to engage multiple functional areas of HR and manage a programme team across numerous workstreams to ensure the HR solutions meets agreed business requirement.
The role demands an exceptional command of effective stakeholder management whilst driving delivery in a structured project management fashion.
You will have experience of:
- Proven track record of implementing world class Shared Service models within a HR transformation and Business Partner context
- Successfully driving cultural change elements in the context of altered processes, instilling new behaviours
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement ability with a track-record of sustaining momentum for change across the business
