you will need to do
- Assists software deployment manager and project leader in order to maintain and build agreed IS systems with high quality and cost effectiveness.
- implementations will be efficient and workable in the overall system landscape in a long term perspective.
Required competencies:
- Knowledge of SAP CRM and SAP ISU
- Knowlegde of SOA and webservices
- General technical background
- Familiar with performance, tracing, monitoring, utility business processes.
Task and responsibilities:
- Problem management
- Assist project manager
- Crisis coordination
- Cooperation with internal and external partners
- Documentation (system landscape, solutions)
- Debriefing and lessons learned
Languages:
- English
- Dutch and French are a big plus
