Integration and Performance Optimization Expert (UMTS R99/HSPA/HSPA+/U900)
My client is currently looking for an Integration and Performance Optimization Expert (UMTS R99/HSPA/HSPA+/U900).
The right person will need to have experience with:
* U900 site RF desing, (SC, ADJC, ETC) + parameter optimization
* Assure previous 3G layer KPi stability after introduction of the new U900 site
* Statistics analysis, performance troubleshooting and verification to reach optimization target
* Proven capability with Huawei Management system(M2000, PRS) to collect performance data
* Proven experience with R99/HSPA/HSPA+ network optimization, Huawei network preferable.
* Able to collect traces and ability to analyse DT.
