Description
A large Retail organisation is seeking an exceptional Interim Oracle R12 Cut-Over Manager to support a major HR Shared Service implementation.
You will be responsible for developing all detailed plans and cut-over schedules to ensure a smooth transfer across project and BAU teams. Working across a range of HR stakeholders you will be instrumental in ensuring all those impacted by change have clear instructions on the solution, deployment, requirements and timelines to deliver.
Requirements:
- Proven Oracle cut-over experience in a HR environment
- Broad Oracle E-business R12 knowledge and implementation experience
- Experience of supporting Shared Service models within HR transformation
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
