We are currently looking for an Internal Recruiter to join an exciting client working within the Defence and Aerospace Industry on a 3 month contract.

The role can be based in either Heathrow or Bristol and the main purpose of the role is to work with hiring managers to define job roles, manage requisitions and source candidates either directly or via the recruitment advertising team, and then manage them through an end to end recruitment process.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Coach and guide hiring management through the staffing policy, processes and the ATS.
  • Manage the requisitions through the Boeing Enterprise Staffing System by helping both hiring managers and applicants to successively complete the necessary steps in the process.
  • Work with hiring managers in defining roles and writing job descriptions working with the HR Generalist and Compensation and Benefits focal to determine the correct job level.
  • Agree sourcing strategy with hiring manager and proactively investigate sourcing options.
  • Work closely with the recruitment advertising team as well as building relationships with preferred agency suppliers.
  • Manage the end to end offer process with successful candidates.
  • Initiate Conflict of Interest reviews with the legal team and follow up to ensure timely review and candidate awareness of the process.
  • Support hiring managers in setting up interviews, developing interview questions and participating in interviews where required.
  • Staffing administration support as required.
  • All other duties necessary to support the staffing function.

  • A good level of accuracy is required in all aspects of the role.
  • Able to take initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Good computing skills and experience working with a recruitment management system and Microsoft Office products.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies as they relate to the resourcing and recruitment.
  • Results oriented and able to work under pressure.
