Ihre Aufgaben:
- Evaluate developed in-house service processes comparing to business requirements and existing other processes, including benchmarks from outside
- Develop concept and implement pilot of enhanced service processes
- Create functional designs (Changes and Work Requests)
- Planning, implementation and documentation of workshops
- Support for IT implementations (testing, cut-over, ...)
- Training of users (end users, purchasing, etc..)
- Support the user (procurement) Community (communication, IT trouble shooting, etc..)
Ihre Qualifikation
- Specialised knowledge on the functions of MM SRV, External Service Management for various processes e.g. simple service with catalog or free text, linked to PM & PS, Service with hierarchical structure of service specification
- Knowledge of web technologies in conjunction with SAP Netweaver solutions, BASF established SP-Online portal (developed by BASF in SAP) for Service procurement
