A major Global Bank is looking for a Commercial Lending Lead Data Analyst. The Commercial Lending Lead Data Analyst will join a large scale, National Programme tasked with delivering a new Real Estate commercial lending database.
Key Tasks
*This is a Lead role, the successful candidate must have demonstrated previous management, coordination and reporting experience
*Support the 2 Programme Leads to ensure deliverables are hit.
*Coordinate the data input and validation exercise undertaken by the team of project contractors
*Gather, interpret, document and validate the data in the required format for the Real Estate Database project.
*Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables.
*Produce and collate MI packs for senior reports
Required Experience
*Proven background in credit data gathering, analysis and interpretation.
*Ideally, knowledge of real estate commercial lending requirements
*Ability to prioritise workloads, both individually and as a team, with a proven track record of delivering results within tight timescales.
*Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management.
*Demonstration of achievement through effective team and stakeholder management.
