Siebel Business Analyst/CRM Business Analyst required for implementation of Siebel CRM. We require Siebel Business Analyst to join the project ASAP.
The Siebel CRM Business Analysts (x2) will work on gathering requirements for the Siebel CRM implementation (multiple releases). The Siebel Business Analyst will also be responsible for facilitating and driving workshops to discuss needs/requirements and will use your Siebel knowledge and experience to discuss and query requirements from the business.
The successful Siebel Business Analyst will have demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst working on Siebel projects as described above.
Any knowledge of another CRM system, or any Telecoms Billing Systems would be highly advantageous however candidates with Siebel CRM Business Analysis experience will be considered in the first instance. Finally, if you have experience of working also with Siebel Solutions Architecture and/or any SQL experience then this would be highly desirable to my client.
