QA Manager
Position Objectives:
The Quality manager will provide expert knowledge and experience in setting up and running a comprehensive Quality Management system for the project.
- Manage the setup of a Project Quality Management system for the project.
- Identify processes and procedures required to execute the project in compliance with project specifications, standards & safely & security requirements.
- Establish a uniform and comprehensive set of guidelines, processes and procedures for effective, consistent and quality execution of work tasks.
- Review existing client processes and procedures and augment and expand on thesein line with the experience of the Consultant from similar projects world wide.
- Coordinate with the technical sections to develop appropriate KPI's to measure the performance of work of the various sections.
- Coordinate with technical sections to establish work inspection plans.
- Review quality standards and QA systems used by vendors/contractors and other project participants.
- Manage prep of training plans to coach and teach all involved project staff in the correct work processes and procedures.
Position KPIs:
- Insure all work is included in Project schedule.
- 90% of work completed as per approved Project schedule.
- Scheduled progress and quality reports submitted on time with complete detailed information.
- Update project processes as per agreed timeframe and standards.
- Change management process utilised to control deviations at site level.
- A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/Civil Engineering according to field of activity.
- 8 years experience in a Telecom organization.
- Possess an excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Arabic would also be advantageous.
