SAP GTM ( Global Trade Management) Functional Consultant- Amsterdam
Square One Resources require an experienced GTM ( Global Trade Management) consultant to join a project group, cooperating with other disciplines and the business process owners in the various business units.
For the project they are defining and setting up a more centralized procurement organisation. This project develops and implements new processes supported with the latest SAP functionality.
At the moment they are in the business blue print phase.
The work will be in in the SAP Purchase to Pay work stream ( P2P) Responsible for the creation of the operational contract through to the payment of invoices.
Report to a Cluster lead of the identified functional or technical clusters within the Competence Resource Centre
Pre-requisite Experience required:
Proven experience of implementing SAP Global Trade Management is essential
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an international SAP environment
SAP MM and/or SD
At least 1 full cycle implementation; from project preparation stage till go live and support
Solid project experience with system implementations, preferably acquired at a large multinational and/or in an international environment centralizing their purchasing function.
Writing functional specifications
Guiding partner consultants
Specialist in the applications and platforms of your area. You safeguard the best practice and at the same time are ahead of trends and new developments.
Ability to stay ahead of trends and new developments and encourage colleagues by sharing your knowledge and realising the best solutions for the business.
Good communication skills and experience in communicating with counterparts in team and business.
Ablilty to lead workshops.
Fluent English is required
There will be some travel.
