Our financial services client is seeking an interim Business Design Analyst with solid card migration experience to identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on a change project. The successful applicant will provide effective leadership and management, have the ability to develop internal and external business relationships and have an overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry, particularly the business impact of a regulatory environment.
Candidates must come from a financial services background, ideally cards, with demonstrable experience of data migration and VisionPlus.
You should be a strong communicator, and able to share information as well as listen to and encourage others to get involved. Experience of conceiving original and practical solutions to complex and business critical problems is required. A high level understanding of the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates is also needed. You must be able to juggle priorities, multi- task and flawlessly execute at speed, with sound commercial judgement.
