Our client based in Brussels and active in Finance is currently looking for a Data Management Specialist.
Scope of work:
In the context of the Central Customer Data Management team, the person will be responsible to
- Retrofit contact data (lists) into the relevant systems, ie manually or by upload updating existing contact information (enriching) (eg adding role info, updating role info, changing addresses, tel nrs, )
- Enrich customer contact data with additional contextual information, ie manually or in bulk updating events, courses, additional attributes not directly in contact master data
- Mass upload of contact data by uploading new contact details into SWIFT's IT systems
- Recurring reporting on Customer Data (SOP based work)
- Data Quality reporting against predefined metrics and targets
Skills/Requirements.
- Data Entry and Validation Data Entry and Validation
(Strong interest and motivation to work with IT systems and data mgmt/validation/entry)
- Data handling and manipulation
(Microsoft Excel experience including filters, sorting, pivottables, lookups, import & export, comparison)
- IT Systems manipulation
( knowledge/experience (salesforce, SAP, core-id) or strong interest and capability with (capability/interest) ability to independently manipulate IT systems as a key-user)
- Being able to understand/read data dictionary and understand simple data relationships/descriptions
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
(ie able to question current way of working and own deliverables, as well as being able to read and change/draft Standard Operating Procedures - SOPs).
- Service Minded
(Ability or experience with case handling and service level/mindset, as well as being able to interact with and respond to queries from internal customers)
