Senior Analyst Programmer - Connex
 
A 12 month contract position with one of Australia's leading banks for a Senior Analyst Programmer to work across the upgrade of Connex Applications. Working across Development, BAU and support arenas  you will be responsible for ensuring application knowledge transfer to the wider team.  This role will see you working in conjunction with IT and the greater business in order to create sound technical solutions, whilst contributing to the growth and development of the wider technical team.
 
Skills and experience required for this position are as follows;

• A thorough understanding of Connex messaging and messaging standards AS2805 and IS8583
• Knowledge of Connex module functionality across AP, PI and TH
• A solid understanding of ATM and EFTPOS systems
• Experience with IBM Mainframe Assembler, Cobol, Easytrieve, DB/2, VSAM, JCL, MQ Series and Infoman.
• Excellent design and documentation skills
• Investigation and analysis skills .
