My client, a General Insurance specialist is currently embarking on a large scale Operational Excellence programme to delivery end-to-end benefits within a number of key business areas. As a result, my client is looking to improvement its capability at all levels, including Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt level. The individuals need to be Continuous Improvements specialists and be comfortable in End-to-End Operational Excellence.
Employed by both Business areas and Change, the candidates need to be comfortable in working closely with key stakeholders, scoping and building a pipeline of opportunity, strategic and delivery driven of process change and be comfortable in presenting to exec and senior management level.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt certified
- Identify improvement opportunities & define projects
- Build CI capability by supporting the delivery of training, mentoring accreditation
- High degree of customer focus and an intrinsic desire to improve the customer experience in a business.
- Business process management and strong analytical capability
