Our client are a Media Publisher and they looking to bring on board a Web Analyst/Data Specialist to assist the International Digital Manager in the day to day running of the multiple worldwide websites and music/data projects. Key areas include data analysis and reporting.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Website data checks across UPPM worldwide libraries.
  • Data Analysis using experience of Google Analytics and other analysis programmes.
  • Data migration for new catalogues, 3rd party labels and existing bulk uploads.
  • Various web project work. (Keywords, TPL etc.)
  • Support & troubleshooting.
  • UAT on future phases of development & new functionality.
  • Liaison with product manager and producing territories regarding data and audio.
  • Assist with UK metadata into content management systems.
  • Some SEO management.
  • Responsible for collation and upkeep of master attributes list, automapping and CD criteria.
  • APM (Bruton) data provision and checks.
  • Some CMS and Webmaster duties.
  • Upkeep & updates of Hard Drives & support for Marketing department. New Hard Drive project support and transition from old systems to new.

Essential

  • High computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly. Must have advanced Excel experience, ideally have SQL (Management Studio ) and be confident in Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop & Visio
  • Data management, migration and manipulation experience.
  • Experienced in creating and working with Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent attention to detail, show good logical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong planning and time management skills - being able to work as part of a team is vital but must also be able to take initiative and control of own projects and deliver to deadlines.
  • Confidence in communicating at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate an ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions.
  • Previous experience in a Web Master or similar role.

Desirable

  • HTML and CSS skills.
  • Wide musical interests/knowledge spanning multiple genres.
  • Access database skills.
