Description
E2E responsible for the operational acceptance & installation of an application/service in an operational environment:
-Controlled acceptation and implementation of changes and fixes
-Resolve incidents and search solutions for problems as 2nd/3rd level support according to agreed service levels
-Keep documentation up-to-date or create if not available
-Participate in projects (migration to R12) with Architecture and Security for the supported applications
-Follow-up of administration

Good knowledge of following technical domains
-Proven technical experience in Oracle E-business suite 11i and R12
-Proven experience in cloning and patching applications
-Proven experience as an Oracle DBA in 10g and 11g
-Extensively knowledge of Oracle ASM and RAC
-Diagnosing and Tuning an Oracle E-business database
-Solid experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
-Logical & physical DB design
-Performance tuning
-Monitoring: Oracle enterprise manager
-Business continuity: High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup/restore
-LifeCycle Management
-Auditing, Security
You are contact person for
-ICT application leads for software development
-External suppliers
-Release- & Change managers
-ICT release co-ordinators for implementations
-Test co-ordinators during User Acceptance Phases
-2nd line support in the Service Desk
