QA Analyst - Dublin - £350 day - 6 month initial - Start ASAP
The role is Supporting delivery management function provide first-line advice on QMS, including explaining and demonstrating the use of processes, standards & procedures.
Responsibilities include supporting quality management by:
* Implementing and maintaining project & programme-level QC function.
* Report QC data, results & analyses to quality management.
* Actively participate in quality planning and reviews.
* Provide local support to Regional quality management.
* Provide advice on local conditions, priorities & opportunities to QA management.
* Review QMS materials, changes & improvements.
* Support quality auditors, consultants and management.
* Follow up audit actions.
* Maintain local audit records.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of basic quality management tools - RAG, flowcharts, swim lanes, lessons learned systems, etc.
* Working knowledge of technology project development life cycle.
* 5 years quality control experience (not testing).
* Qualified ISO 9000 Assessor.
* MS Word & PowerPoint - intermediate skills.
* MS Excel skills: graphs, pivot tables and basic statistical techniques.
* Document management system user (SharePoint, DocuShare or equivalent ).
* MS Project - basic understanding of Gantt charts, critical path, resourcing.
* Prior experience in General Insurance or Financial Services preferable.
* Prior experience working in an International environment an advantage.
